Website Launch

Welcome to my first blog post. I'm launching this website for two reasons.

The first is to have a way of giving you the story behind the story. 

I will take extracts from my books and write posts referencing those parts and giving a little insight into where the inspiration came. If you haven't read the books or want to delve a little deeper to know more about 'The story behind my stories' then the Podcast out on a Thursday will give you that. You will hear the excerpt read by me giving you a little slice of the book - but with no spoilers!

All of my books are written from my own experiences in some amazing locations around the world. I want my writing and settings, conversations and characters to be authentic. They all come from, in some way, my own life experience. As I experience life I save it in memory to be able to write authentically at a later date, in one of my novels, a variation of that experience. All my interactions could potentially end up in a book!

That's exciting as you get to learn a lot more about my life, my experiences and how they've all been combined into each of my books.

The second reason for this website is to provide a platform to lead anyone through the process from an idea or spark to publication of their own creative works. People that read my books ask me where do I get the ideas. How did I go through the process? How did I get to where I am? The platform will provide a membership community and help to guide you through. More information about this will be here in the coming weeks. Its all in process and will launch here soon.

I want people to know that if I can do it, anybody can do it.
